Pilates is a safe and effective way to strengthen the abdominal wall, back, shoulders, arms, legs, hips and feet during pregnancy. Pilates for pre and postnatal women  is a wonderful way to build strength in the first trimester, and increase movement and flexibility throughout your third trimester.  I have experience working with women in all phases of their pregnancies. As a mother of two,  I strongly believe that the strength and awareness I gained with Pilates while pregnant, helped me through two smooth pregnancies and deliveries.
